Our aim is to provide you and your pets
with the best service possible. Please let us know how we can
improve our service to you.
Vacations - Each situation will
differ, however vacations of two weeks or less will be compensated
in "credit walks."*
It is our preference to walk your dog extra prior to and/or
following your vacation. This keeps your pet's space open in
his/her
group.
- Vacations of three weeks or more will
be adjusted on your bill.
- There is a minimum monthly charge
of $65.00 to keep your pet's space open in his/her
group.
- Dog
Trotters must receive notice of all vacations in writing
at least two weeks in advance to allow for planning and for
our walkers to adjust their budgets in order to compensate
for any
loss that may arise out of your pet's absence from
their group.
Cancellations - Please
notify your walker immediately in case of a cancellation! If
you must cancel, please do so by no later than
9:00 a.m. the day of. Remember, your walker travels a lot every
day. To come to your home and not find your pet on his/her
regularly scheduled day is not only a waste of time and fuel,
it is frustrating!
Take care of your walkers and they will take care of your pet(s)!
Cancellations will be compensated with "credit walks."
If no cancellation call is received, no credit will be issued.
Billing and Payments - Bills will be mailed
to you on the fifteenth of the month preceding their due date.
Beginning in February
2003, your pet service bills will be due on the fifth (5th)
of every
month. If your payment is not received by the tenth (10th)
and we have not heard from you, your pet service will be suspended.
*Credit Walks - Credit walks are issued in case of any screw-ups
that might occur on our part (i.e. car trouble, weather,
etc.) or in case of cancellation or vacation. This way we keep
your
pets happy and loved and our walkers happy and paid!
Holidays - Fortunately, most of our major holidays only happen
at the rate of one per month. There is no adjustment on your
monthly
pet service bill for holidays. If a major holiday happens to
fall on your pet's walking day, we'll gladly make
it up with a credit walk the following day or week. Otherwise,
just let
your walker have it. It's a holiday and this job pays
no bonuses!
Referrals - Referrals are a great way to earn
discounts on your pet service. If you refer a home or pet-sitting
client, you'll
receive 10% off your following month's bill. If you refer
a long term walking client, you'll receive 15% off your
following month's bill. And as the old saying goes, "Word
of mouth will make or break a business." We want your
word of mouth to make us, so if you love our service, tell
a friend. If
